I always thought it was something to do with the "seeds", JR? Can't remember the exact details, but it had to do with the seeds. That's why a tomato is considered a fruit.
By the way, if you can get them to declare french fries, ice cream, and chocolate candy as "fruits", I would appreciate it!! My Doctor doesn't think it is too funny, though!!
