Case #07-02: Dial Conditional Use Permit and Development Plan: Starting a new business for a Bio Diesel and Ethanol Plant
The word on the street is that this group has done everything required. Actually signed the application, paid the fee, and has submitted a full, detailed Development Plan prior to the public notice in the Globe.
They have hired an attorney, a zoning consultant and an engineer to make sure that everything is done per regulations.
What is interesting is that the word out is that the application will be turned down. That Dial will not be approved. What will Dial do about that? They are bigger, have far more money then Boothill Biofuel and are investing over $1.6 billion dollars overall in Kansas according to the media.
This will be interesting. I wonder if this has the Chamber of Commerce support that everyone saw for Boothill?
