I haven't spoke to my younger sister in years, my choosing, and could go the rest of my life without doing so. Even though we have a very strained relationship I would still donate marrow or go under the knife if she needed it and I could help. Afterwards I would still have nothing to say to her. I love my nephews too much and they shouldn't lose their mother just because we can't get along.
There might be more behind this story, but I would concur that she is a bitch.
