| Maybe she knows she's really not related to him!! HLA typing isn't shared with the reciepient. It could be that since he knows her as his sister that he's figguring she's the same as him. which isn't always so.
I didn't see anything saying what the sister said or what the Dr. said - ya think perhaps this is a little too one sided story?
