And this bill states that we will leave in Sept. of 2008. A full 5 and 1/2 years after the war in Iraq started. If they can't get set-up in that amount of time, they never will. When will the killing and maiming of American soldiers and Marines end? This war is not only costing money and lives it is putting a tremendous strain on the V.A. Hospital system trying to care for all the wounded.
