| It looks to be a bogus IP address. The IP Address is an identification number like a phone number sorta. Its used to identify devices on a network. Hackers often "spoof" an address so they can't be traced.
Unfortunately, to protect anonymity on the Internet there is not much you can do. You could block it but chances are they will just use a different IP address.
