I see it as the issue of living beyond one's means; and that issue carries into Governments that live beyond the means of the taxpayers who support the Government spenders.

Dodge City, Ford County (USD 443, DCCC) and the State of Kansas are supposed to live within their means. Dodge City and Ford County spend anyway and increase the valuation of the tax base to cover the spending. Kansas increases tax rates on a multitude of taxing options. Washington borrows and borrows and borrows.

The question in the poll is skewed in Terry's favor.
