I can't argue with that. Nobody hates commercials more than me, especially when the volume goes from reasonable to ear piercing just to make sure you can still hear it while you're in the kitchen or the bathroom. Getting rid of that crap can be well worth the money spent on a single show.
iTunes is beginning to come around on the DRM issue anyway, so maybe there is hope for it yet.
