| Officers from Dodge City just got back to town a little bit ago. I cant even begin to discribe the destruction Ive witnessed. You see this on TV, not in real life.
Walking through what was left of the town, knee deep water, searching for folks that were trapped. Its been a long night and some of us expect to head back later today.
Any picture you see on TV does not do what I have seen justice.
