| Make the locals let the military handle it. These dumb asses will definitely regret the day they ever hatched that evil plan. From what hubby tells me of military court, they're harder on them than public courts and they have no mercy. They'll lose time, they'll lose any military benefits they're now getting plus their families (if any) that are living on post will be asked to leave. And it will be swift.
