| State fellers are called in when specific criteria requires thier presence................ that's why I find it interesting they are part of the process. At least that's how it's done down here. The locals handel it unless it requires the state fellas and the state fellas aren't called to most cases. It usually has nothing to do with how competant folks feel the locals are. Maybe KBI was just called in to collect evidence but I'm sure there are local detectives that can collect evidence. Who knows............. who cares??????..................... I just hope they solve and fry whoever did it. Murder is just sooooo wrong. Yep I do not have any problem killin the murderer............... I lose no sleep over that.
