| Well gee - Just how do ya think they do that??? No police brutality charges, criminal rat each other out - but I think they have a pretty high crime rate - or at least they did last I heard - they also had lots of drunks, prostitution, rape and gangs, and drugs. Don't know bout the murders - Kinda like the US if ya ask me - but they say our violent crime rate is way down.
