| I think that bad service does reflect on the management. But also, I know that some businesses do put a lot of work into their staff, but they continue to be sub par.
I've been to Applebee's lately and the young lady gave us the wrong salad. It was supposed to have a different kind of chicken. When asked about it she said very sarcastically "well that looks like chicken to me". Well it does to me too, but nobody asked you what it looked like. Correct me if I'm wrong but treating people like they are stupid isn't going to get you a bigger tip!
The Central Station - I've been with just me and another person, and I've had decent service, not good food though. Everything was just not what you'd expect reading the menu. However the wraps were good, just too much to eat by myself.
I could go on and on about my terrible experiences in restaurants! But those were just a few recents.... |
