As for the Central Station, I have not had chance to visit yet. I'm kind of biased because I know the owners, but from what I've been hearing around town it is a great place to hang out and drink, but only an average restaurant. |
Funny you should say something like that. From what I understand, tip, actually stands for "To Insure Promptness." It was given at the beginning of the meal in it's early days. At least that is what I have heard, if it isn't true, it sure makes a good story.
