I can remember quite a few articles that painted this individual's crime, which was first degree attempted murder. I can think of other instances where that's been the case too. I just don't think that they are protecting and serving the public by withholding this information. They, either the KBI or DCPD sure weren't protecting the people of CO when this nutjob was driving down the wrong side of the interstate and not being watched more carefully!
First off the BIG difference with the case mentioned above and the one now is attempted murder and murder. This one, the victim was not able to share any information. There is probably a lot less evidence to compile and investigating to do when they victim can identify the suspect so disclosing more information to the public faster is a little easier. When there is no one to identify the suspect, there's probably a lot more information to gather without nosy people getting in the way, I don't know, just a guess, but hey I'm not a rocket scientist so what do I know?
