Some people are idiots Army. I was merely speaking about the treatment front desk clerks get when they actually care.

I take this from my own experience from just last night. I love my job. I do it well. I may $7/hr which is 1.85 above minimum wage. But sometimes there are just customers that you get that are just the worst customers imaginable. Believe me...I know the stereotypes about customer service people. Most of them are true. But when we get these customers who we treat like freaking royalty and they treat us like shit...it begins to wear our patience thin.

If you are in customer service you know you. You hate working customer service more than people hate dealing with it. This is especially true for computer tech support folks. Army don't quip on me about taking better opportunities. I would jump on one in a instant if I could. But trying to get into school and have an inflexible work schedules doesn't work well.
