Bronco is correct...until we have programmable cops and military the HU factor will be there.
Having worked in law enforcement I can tell you the officers are as shocked by this as civilians .
It gives them a BIG black eye and God knows they don't deserve that, but you can bet, it will be thrown in their faces until this is resolved and forgotten.
Every organization that I have ever worked for has its people that find it hard to control their emotional side...unfortunately some of them take it way passed the limit and someone gets killed
When that happens he/she will have to suffer the consequences ... the whole department will suffer also ....
