But again you understand the angle. But the point I was trying to make is that there are customers who come to us in the CS industry who just want unreasonable things. Or more commonly what reasonable things at in an unreasonable time. Sometimes we are just to swamped to deal with every situation simultaneously. And on some rare occasion is may take more than an hour to get to your needs. These rare occasions have been quit frequent in this past week. |
