Who can really account to somebody's mental status after possibly committing a murder? He's obviously not sane to steal a vehicle, run from cops. Who knows what else he could have done. I still think that Dodge had a right to know that this suspect is on the loose. Where are the be on the lookout warnings? Anybody that can murder one, can murder more. Right now, he has nothing to lose, and that's the most dangerous kind of person. But the public doesn't even know about this! Unless they frequent DodgeBoard.
