| Every suspect is on the loose until they are charged. You can't detain them while you do your investigation - remember he wasn't there at the scene. I think perhaps the KBI should be takin the heat but I bet they are doin what they are supposed to do. It's frustraitng as hell that's for sure but it's the legal system. If he did it I hope he gets his due but I would hope that for any person that murdered another accident or planned.
