I'm disgusted when any minority group says they want to be equal when they really want more.

Example: Women want us to put the toilet seat up so we don't pee on it. OK I'm all for that. But then they bitch when we don't put it back down. So THEY think I should do ALL the work for THEIR convenience? I'll do half the work by picking it up but they can do half by putting it back down.

And in the work place women, or any other minority, say they want to be equal but what they really want is more. If I'm on break and I ask my work buddy, Ed, why he's such a slacker pecker head - he laughs. But if I'm on break and I ask my work buddy, Esther, why she's such a slacker cow - I have to go to sensetivity training or lose my job.

I think Carlos Mensia did a bit about this but it's been pretty obvious to me for a long time.
