You're assuming everything you read in the paper is correct, right? The reporter may have made assumptions.
I was thinking, doesn't OnStar have the ability to shut down a vehicle? It probably wouldn't be wise to do that at a high rate of speed, but when it was stopped, couldn't they do it then? I don't know how long that takes, though. Tee?
