| I think with an investigation going on that KBI would be interested in past history left uninvestigated. It may show a pattern of behavior and aggression. Altho I don't see much aggression in an 18yo goin with an older guy. It was her plan to do that before whe was 18 it sounds like. I understand the fact she was a minor when it started but ya gotta have a willing victim. Sounds like she was willing but not for the prosecution.
Still Poots - I would call the KBI - if the guy killed someone (which they say he has) then how he got to the killing stage is just as important as the actual killing. It's all a pathway to distruction and it's better to offer the info than to leave it here on a "rumor board" They aren't gonna come look for you - if you feel passionate enough about what you say then do something with it. Just because you don't get what you see as "just" action doesn't mean it wasn't utilized. That's what "doing your best" is all about. It's not about whether they used your info or not - it's about knowing you did what you thought would be helpful and useful. The rest is up to them
