| Snitchin - as it is today is talking to law enforcement about what you know............ it's NOT what you are discribing.
That's the problem........ there are entire communities that don't talk to Law enforcemtnt - then they wonder why the crime rate in thier communities are out of control, why there are muders in thier community, etc. They fear reprisal they say - but then they picket and protest when crime and bangers rule thier community.
Snitchin isn't what you are thinkin Poots.......... it's a thing you do for the good of all.
