| I'll give ya that, Drifter, but my thought is that people shouldn't win lawsuits based on what might have happened, but what DID happen. There was no realistic way the manager could have known this idiot was bringin' his stash and lighter to work - and putting it in a happy meal for safe keeping? Come on..............
