| true true, like i said i don't agree with it, but i see the arguing point the lawyer will make. neglect by the employee by putting it in there, neglect by the supervisor, and neglect by the owner and McDonald's as a whole.
and no someone shouldnt have to look in the happy meal box, the pot shouldnt have been there. mcdonalds is a fast pace business and if the box/bag was open my guess is the server just tossed a burger fries and a toy in without looking.
