In Globe today

From what was in the Globe today, it sounds like Colorado will proceed with their charges first, and then Kansas will get him back. Sauer said (and I agree with him) that if he's convicted in Colorado that will be more on his criminal history so when he comes to Kansas to face charges he would get a stiffer sentence.
