Dick Michael, co-owner of Michael & Sons Enterprises in Chino Valley, Ariz., plans to start construction next spring on the new complex on a 1,040-acre plot he's in the process of buying north of Scott City.

Needing nearly two sections (that's two square miles for those who are in publick screw'l) of land is a very large operation. A WATER PARK is more compact and surely we can make work for 50-60 highly edumicated mployees. Think: AFFIRMATIVE ACTION.

Over the years Dodge City's made its bed and we all suffer in it.
