Army is trying to put the student body down as a whole, just trying to get us to see the whole picture. There are some very bright kids there (my niece is one of the grads that's pretty damned bright herself!), but there are lots that still need to be in a remedial class. Not because they're stupid, but because they've missed all the classes they needed earlier - either because they weren't there or because they couldn't understand the language.
