| So the "nationwide" doesn't apply to Ks????............... could be but I find that hard to believe that they get federal $$ to enforce this during this week and KS is exempt. I have been wrong before tho. Don't know why folks wanna take the chance of dyin so bad. But hey - it's afree country, at least for today.
