I don't recall hearing that the SUSPECTED child predator has confessed, or even been to trial; he's just made a first appearance in court. I learned from OJ that what looks like an open & shut case isn't always. So he has his facts wrong in 2 of the 4 cases he cited. I can't attest to the facts of the other two cases because I mainly pay attention to Kansas news. Did the pastor's wife confess?
