It's the same between Avenue P and the airport. The City doesn't have the land in between. Same deal between the Dodge House and 27th & 28th streets. The Horse track is definitely in the County. I remember reading about this in the paper, and the County is the one who issues permits or whatever. |
Along the same lines Miss K, the Dodge City Raceway Park is not in the City Limits either, it is in the county. So is this why they keep refusing to consider putting the SEC out there???
