I don't think anyone at a fast food joint thinks that thier employees are long term - management perhaps but they are way over minimum wage. They do altho deserve to make enough to buy the gas to get there, help pay some rent and daycare until they can get thier skills where they need to be to do what they need to do. We got enough slave labor in this country with the service industry and big business literally bussin them in almost. Nope I still think 7 an hour isn't too much to pay. Govt has voted itself nice fat increases the average wage hasn't gone up in a decade. I wouldn't work anywhere where I didn't get a raise in 10 years. What I get ain't much but it's better than 5 bucks and hour that's for sure! It's lots more than I made in dodge but then it ain't half as much fun!
