| It's not our place to say what a pay raise would buy - it's not our place to say if anyone is worthy of a pay raise. It is our place to say an honest hours pay for an honest hours work................. IF we own the business that's payin that wage.
WE aren't paying anything - why are we bitching about possibly (and i mean possibly) making someone feel they are able to provide for thier family a little better than they did a few years ago?
It's not up to us and I have never in my life been against a pay increase. All those kids makin minumum wage are gonna be us - I got minimum wage increases as a kid and felt like a million bucks it made me want better jobs with more pay ........... why should I not want that for someone else?
I thinkin there will be plenty of folks like me who just aren't really interested in assistance for the mere reason we hate standin in line. I think a decent wage will help them do that.
