| The hubby and I have had a running disagreement over vehicles. I buy what I want since I pay for it. He does the same. He drives a Ford. My newest car is a VW. I've had it about 8 months and he's already decided he'll buy VW for his next car. My VW was assembled in the US. So technically, it's a foreign car just because the home office is in Germany? Doesn't make sense, but the technology is German and that surpasses American right now, especially with $3.50 gas. His car gets close to the same gas mileage as mine, but is doggie on the road. Ya have to give up something with an American label. (but ya'all know my second car is my beloved Ford pickup - no comments on the gas mileage - it hasn't moved in 2 weeks. Nothin' compares to Ford pickups. Haven't driven the new Toyota yet, but would probably never buy one considering the price)
