| The kids across the street (in Overland Park) have had a few kool aid stands - even one or two to support the troops. Only once did they get told to fold their tent by police due to no permit. I guess you have to have one if you get caught, but c'mon....who's gonna turn in a little kid. (I think it was bad neighbors up here - they didn't live in the neighborhood long.....)
