| Mit I had the same situation the other day and I called the lady out to my car. I told her I wanted the number to the owner, she told me he was out of town. I told her I didn't care and after a few minutes of pressing I finally got his name and number.
Also when that happens make sure you get the persons name. You can't say the hispanic girl that works at the sonic...because...well......because that is most of the employees...lol
