Yep, ditto to all the above. My family went there after Sunday service and I have never been so frustrated in my life. The speaker was so soft that I couldn't understand any of what they were saying. Luckily, the food was right. However, I then buzzed back to get more ketchup and repeated the ketchup request 3 times. Finally, someone came on and understood the request.

The overall sadness of Dodge's businesses comes down to the lack of good workers. It seems most restaurants are so happy with any applicant that they hire them on the spot without question. While low unemployment is good for the county, it sucks for the customer service industry here.
