I workin the customer service industy in this town. Not the food, but the lodging. I try to give the best service I can to every single customer. But the fast food industry in this town is just atrocious.

McDonalds is always so busy because the service is slow. But they usually have the order correct.

Sonic is so hard to order from.

Arbys is overpriced (but that has more to do with the franchise costs).

Dairy Queen has the slowest service I've ever experienced at a fast food joint. Also they don't know how to bag properly. 2 large sundaes and 2 large shakes belong in 2 bags not one.

A&W is about on par with Sonic, but the food is about 30% more expensive.

Long John Silver's was so bad they closed down.

Burger King is the only place I get decent prompt service from. They always have the order correct. And their burgers are slightly more healthy than the other places. They taste better to IMO.

This town lacks anything good because no business owners will vie for the brass ring. Cheap easily attainable labor at the sacrifice of quality service. Thats the key. It doesn't matter the industry in this town. They all typically have bad cusomer service.
