| I agree w/ most everybody in here, I usually have troubles ordering from Sonic due to the communication issues from the person running the speaker.. If they want to hire someone bilingual they should make sure the person at least speaks English to where they can be understood. (even though I'm against the whole bilingual thing being in AMERICA) anywho that's a different subject.. The service sucks pretty much anywhere anymore. If you hire people that don't give a sh** than that's exactly what you're going to get. Unfortunately I believe most of the population doesn't give a sh**. After working at my job and realizing that some managers actually care and take action, I've learned to fill out comment cards and call 800 #'s to report either bad or good things.
