A lot of the diseases that we thought were pretty much gone are now coming back...
One of the reasons for Ellis Island was to screen folks for illness...
Mr Speaker had traveled to Southeast Asia and may have been exposed there if that is the truth...I guess civilians that travel overseas don't have the strict guidelines that the military does..... Your tested and immunized before you go and your tested again before you return....but the problem is ...tests don't work in the early stages on some illnesses....
