Its not a seperate hotel on the north side of spruce. The night club. Which by the way was a failed attempt and that back section are all part of our hotel. Unfortunately only abotu 1/4 of those rooms are online. We had a severe pipe bursting last winter and about 3/4 of that section is derelict. We have a few contracted workers attempting to find out what we have that can still be salvage back there but it looks pretty grim.
Currently we have 90 out of 121 rooms operational.
On a side note. Anyone hear that Econolodge (called Economy Lodge) nearly doubled their rates for the first two weeks after the Greensburg Tornado? I told my GM I would have walked out on her and this hotel if she had done that. That is just a staggering lack of business ethic.
