Well I'm wary of that as well but there's a lot of new blood in Congress that's going to take a while to get over the "this is how we've always done it" crowd.

Keep an eye on it, make sure you let your representatives know how you think they should vote on your behalf and let them know that you are willing to work for a change if they don't represent you as you see fit.
