| I don't get this - he has no insurance? That's not a ticket right there? If he has dealer tags on various cars - does he sell cars? If that's the case I would be talkin with the company that supplies the tags. Is the street private property? Isn't that where you got hit? If he backed into you - I don't think the street is private property. This just don't make sense to me.
