| Neg Rep should not be given to someone just because they disagree with you. It should be for those who make mean spirited remarks (unless they are geared towards Wordy..hehe)....If someone neg reps they SHOULD sign it. Maybe it could be developed that when you rep your sig automatically goes on it.
