| I'm not a law expert, but I would think that his reasoning might be that there was a legal election where it was voted in favor of having the tax, now they shouldn't be able to change there mind and vote the tax out...and that is the reason of the lawsuit to have a court rule one way or the other if they should have the right to vote again. |
