| Any law can be reversed. All it takes is a majority vote of the people or a decision by a high court.
The purpose of this is delay. The powers that be don't want this to come to a vote. By filing a suit, they hope to delay the vote until such time as they have a better chance of winning.
The scary part is who is going to defend this suit on behalf of the voters? Glen Kerbs? Will it be a whole hearted effort to win or a half hearted, lets put on a good show and loose effort?
