I understand exactly what you are saying, however didn't the people of CA. vote Gray Davis into office as Governor and then turn around and boot his butt out. So much for fulfilling that contract.

I also have a copy of the motion filed in Ford County Dist. Court by Jack Dalton.

Several weeks ago I was at a County Commission meeting when the City's legal counsel, Ken Stroble asked the commission to delay the repeal vote to a later date. If my memory serves me correctly, County legal counsel, Glen Kerbs said very little but he left me and many others with the impression he agreed with Ken Stroble.

It would not surprise me one bit if Jack Dalton recieved help from Ken Stroble and Glen Kerbs in the writing of this new motion. Their agenda in obvious to anyone who will take the time to attend the meetings and really listen.
