What I meant to say, and maybe I didn't get it across very well was that people have the right to change their minds. When enough people do change their minds, I believe they have every legal right to start the repeal process.

I honestly don't recall voting three times to have the SEC built. When were they?

The SEC has not been built and that's not my fault. For almost 10 years now the City and County Commissions have held the majority of people who wanted the SEC built. The supporters of the SEC have had the votes on both commissions to get it done. Why hasn't it been built? If they would have done their job, we would not be in the mess we're in today!

As far as I can tell, the will of the people has yet to be bypassed.
