Moving ahead? We can reduce the penalty for all crime and "statistically" dodge would move ahead economically, but at what cost? Our town would be full of criminals. For every 1 long time resident family that leaves we have 3 immigrant families move in. I'm sure "statistically" that looks promising as well.
I think some people need to pull their heads out of the paper and take a drive around town. I'm sure on paper it looks good that new businesses have popped up, but take a drive down south second and reevaluate what you're seeing on paper.
Now fast forward to the time when a bill finally passes requiring all undocumented to go back where they came from and start over legally. Dodge City will become a ghost town because we have nothing to backup our economy but immigrants. Dodge City economy would be devastated.
Interesting choice "Moving Forward" is. One could use it to describe walking the plank.
